Place the warmer on a solid, level surface. |

Use with wet heat only. Add 0.6 liters (2 cups) of water to the kettle before placing the Bain Marie insert into the warmer. Never over-fill with water. Under no circumstances should the Bain Marie float, even when empty. Remove any excess water immediately. |

Turn the warmer on. The indicator light will glow, showing that the unit is on. Adjust the temperature control dial to the correct setting:
