Place the warmer on a solid, level surface.

Use with wet heat only. Add 0.6 liters (2 cups) of water to the kettle before placing the Bain Marie insert into the warmer.

Never over-fill with water. Under no circumstances should the Bain Marie float, even when empty. Remove any excess water immediately.

Turn the warmer on. The indicator light will glow, showing that the unit is on. Adjust the temperature control dial to the correct setting:

1. Settings 8-12 are designed for initial warm-up

2. Normal control settings range from 1-8

3. Once the kettle has reached the desired temperature, adjust the temperature control dial to a lower setting. It is recommended that the lowest possible setting that maintains food-safe serving temperatures be used.

Always switch the unit off at the main electrical supply, during cleaning.

Unplug the unit from the wall socket.

The Bain Marie and lid are dishwasher-safe.

Use only warm soapy water and a soft cloth when cleaning the appliance.

Clean and wipe the Soup kettle when done using it.

Safety Instructions

1. Switch the unit off when not in use to prevent burns.

2. Do not unplug the unit with wet hands.

3. Do not operate the kettle while it is empty.

4. Never move or carry the kettle when it is “ON” or if it is full of hot liquids.

5. Be careful not to touch any hot surfaces. Make sure the power cord does not come in contact with any hot surfaces.
